Ferry Meadows Plus Parking Membership Terms and Conditions
(For full Terms & Conditions please see our website, or they are available to view at our Visitor Centre)
Each applicant will be permitted to submit up to two vehicle registrations for exemption from the daily car park charges.
Both vehicles must be registered to the same address as provided on the application form.
Only one vehicle per Parking Membership at any one time will be exempt from the parking charges. If both vehicles enter Ferry Meadows, Orton Mere and Thorpe Meadows the second will incur parking charges at the advertised rate.
Parking Membership covers free parking for the vehicles registered at Ferry Meadows, Orton Mere and Thorpe Meadows car park only. If these vehicles enter any other car park, owned by Nene Park Trust, the charges applicable at that car park will be payable. A valid parking permit must be displayed in your vehicle when parking at Orton Mere and Thorpe Meadows. Failure to display a valid parking permit will result in the vehicle being subject to a penalty charge issued in line with the parking charge provider’s terms and conditions https://www.sabaparking.co.uk/terms-and-conditions
The information provided on the application will only be used by Nene Park Trust and our appointed parking management company, in connection with managing the parking charge and membership systems at Ferry Meadows and will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any other organisation. By providing this information you are agreeing to your details to be used in this way.
If you tick the box to opt in to the mailing list, Nene Park Trust will use your contact details to send newsletters and other updates about the Park.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to inform Nene Park Trust as soon as possible of any changes in vehicle registration details. Delays or failure to do so may result in parking charges being incurred by the driver which will not be exempt or refunded by the Trust.
Amendments to contact and vehicle registration details can be made via a membership amendment form available from our website or on request.
Parking Membership does not guarantee a space in the car parks or priority over others.
All vehicle drivers must adhere to the general parking Terms and Conditions as set out on signage around the car parks.
A height restriction barrier is in place across the main entrance to Ferry Meadows Car Park at Ham Lane. Access will only be given for permitted vehicles over 2.1m by contacting the Duty Ranger on 07860 308081, during the normal working hours of our on-site rangers. For details of permitted high vehicles please visit http://www.nenepark.org.uk/visit-us/parking
Alligator teeth and speed humps are in operation on access roads at Ferry Meadows. Please drive up to the exit barrier slowly, to allow the camera to recognize your vehicle registration as a registered annual member, and therefore allows the barrier to raise.
Lost cards will not be replaced. In the event of a Parking Membership card being lost the two vehicles registrations which have been submitted will still be able to park for free at Ferry Meadows. All other discounts that require the card to be displayed as proof of membership will not be available.
It is not possible to give any refund on the Parking Membership once purchased and it is not transferable to another individual.
Parking Membership Terms and Conditions may be subject to change. Full current Terms and Conditions can be viewed on our website, or by requesting an up to date copy of these in person from our Visitor Centre or Nene Outdoors, or by email to parking@neneparktrust.org.uk.
Nene Park Trust reserves the right to withdraw any offers linked to the Parking Membership at any time, including the Parking Membership scheme itself.
