Ferry Meadows Parkrun Parking Membership Application Form
For just £45.00 you will have access to hassle free Parkrun parking at Ferry Meadows all year round. That's a whole year's worth of running, walking and splashing in puddles.
Your Parking Membership will be valid from the date of issue for 12 months. Once you've filled in this form and made payment.
After you've clicked Submit, you'll be sent a payment link to pay for your membership, and payment can be made by Direct Debit via GoCardless.
And, because Nene Park Trust is an independent charitable trust, any income we generate goes straight back into supporting us to be able to maintain our beautiful parks and provide facilities for our visitors to enjoy. So not only have you bagged yourself unlimited parking in a place of loveliness and joy, you’re also supporting your local charity. Well done you!

Ferry Meadows Parkrun Parking Membership Terms and Conditions
- To be eligible for Ferry Meadows Parkrun Parking Membership you must have a current Parkrun Membership number.
- This parking membership is only valid at Ferry Meadows car park.
- Parkrun Parking Membership is valid for one vehicle, on Saturday morning from 8am - 11am, and the Festive runs on Christmas Day & New Years' Day 8am - 11am.
- The registered vehicle will be charged the standard parking tariff when visiting Ferry Meadows car park at any other times.
- We will only accept direct debit payments for this membership.
- The information you give us on your application form will only be used by Nene Park Trust and our appointed parking management company. We use it to manage parking charges and membership records for Ferry Meadows, and we will not share it with any other organisation or use it for anything else. By applying, you agree that your details can be used for this purpose.
- If you choose to opt in to our mailing list, we will use your contact details to send you newsletters and other updates about the Park.
- It is your responsibility to let Nene Park Trust know as soon as possible if your vehicle registration details change.
- You can update your contact or vehicle registration details using the membership amendment form, available on our website or on request. Please allow up to two weeks for changes to be processed. Until the change is live on your profile and we’ve let you know, you will need to pay for parking as normal.
- You can make up to three changes to your registered vehicle details each year without charge. In exceptional circumstances, we may allow more, but please note that any additional changes could incur a £10 administration fee each time.
- Having a parking membership does not guarantee you a space in the car park or give you priority over other visitors.
- All drivers using our car parks must follow the general parking Terms and Conditions displayed on the car park signs.
- There is a height restriction barrier (2.1m) at the main entrance to Ferry Meadows Car Park on Ham Lane. If you have a permitted vehicle over this height, please contact the Duty Ranger on 07860 308 081 during the normal working hours of our on-site rangers. - Speed humps are in place on access roads at Ferry Meadows. Please drive slowly up to the exit barrier so that the camera can recognise your vehicle registration and open the barrier for registered members.
- We cannot give any refunds on Parking Memberships once purchased, and they cannot be frozen or transferred to another person.
- We may update these Parking Membership Terms and Conditions from time to time. Nene Park Trust also reserves the right to withdraw any offers linked to Parking Memberships, including the scheme itself, at any time.
- Failure to follow any of these terms and conditions may result in your parking membership and all associated benefits being withdrawn.
