Parking payment issue in May and June this year
We have become aware that there was an error with the time stamp on our parking system in May and June this year. Visitors who have been affected may have been charged around £1.50 extra on their visit during these months.
As soon as we found out about the error, our parking provider quickly fixed it and we are now keen to compensate those who may have paid more than they should have for their parking during those months.
If you visited the Park during May or June this year, and think you may have been affected, please fill in the form below including your name, contact email and car registration. We can then check our parking system to see if your car registration was affected during those months and if so will get in touch with you to reimburse what you are owed.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. As a charity, our parking income is vital to us and helps us continue to look after Ferry Meadows and the wider areas of Nene Park. However, our visitor experience is even more important to us and we will always make sure we are transparent about any issues that affect YOU, hold our hands up and put them right. Despite fixing this specific issue quickly, it has taken some time to get the full information about it from our system provider which has delayed our ability to rectify the issue and offer this solution until now.
Thank you for your understanding.
